What did the handover actually record?
Review proposals, separate approvals, local dispatches and readbacks. Keep missing acknowledgements visible when the local controller moves on.
A current-state observation cannot prove an earlier command was applied. This tool reviews recorded evidence; source identity, authority, clock alignment and plant behavior need separate qualification.

Current state, report hashes and assumptions
Use your own local records or edit the example
Map one trace, asset and reference target using the versioned contract. Leave qualifications unverified unless you have checked their evidence. Browser limits: 2 MiB trace and 256 KiB profile. The offline core permits 16 MiB and 100,000 records.
Editor text is audited with LF line endings. Edits invalidate the displayed report.
Keep these three steps separate
1 / Eligible for recheck
A recorded approval and admission do not establish a dispatch. Recheck context, local version, freshness and permissives at dispatch.
2 / Dispatch recorded
A dispatch starts an unknown outcome. An issued value alone does not show what the local controller observed.
3 / Correlated readback
An explicit matching readback adds outcome evidence. An older acknowledgement stays historical when a newer local state is already recorded.
Start at the engineering handover
Preserve the original export, document the field mapping, and qualify each declared source and clock. The report can identify inconsistencies and missing evidence; it cannot recover a missing approval log.
The mapped study example retains four original synthetic records and an explicit mapping receipt. Its combined logs do not establish independent authority, so that qualification remains unverified. Practical adoption awaits practitioner feedback.
