Read unit mismatches, stale data, missing channels and group skew. Warnings and incomplete captures stay visible.
3 / Regenerate the review
Use the matching trusted kit to reproduce the audit and report. Changed findings fail verification even if their checksums were updated.

Exit 0: entered checks pass, possibly with warnings. Exit 2: a verified bundle retains rejected/incomplete records. Exit 1: input, source or bundle invalid. The six-file bundle includes original CSV/profile, complete audit, readable report, review guide and manifest. Export approval remains separate.
A passing recorded capture does not establish current live freshness, sensor calibration, model qualification or permission to change a PLC setpoint. Timestamp resolution does not verify clock accuracy. A hash identifies content; it does not authenticate its source.
